Virtual worlds can be used by educators to enhance learning.Engaging students can be a daunting task,but with the use of free software,learning can be fun and students look forward to every class. Here are a couple of easy 3 D websites which can be used by a teacher or learner effectively.
Alice: It is a free educational software made available online by Carnegie Mellon University. Anyone can easily create an animation in 3 D environment to create an engaging story,play an interactive game or a video to upload.

3 B Virtual Rooms: You can create virtual galleries for viewing.Students projects can be showcased.
Smallworlds
Google Lively: Create 3 D avatars and express yourself in virtual rooms you create.
